Mit Geist und Händen möchte ich Kunst aus substantieller Materie und Phänomenen erforschen. Ich will der Welt immanente Strukturen und Wahrheiten erfassen und mit meinen Arbeiten erfahrbar machen. Mein Arbeitsprozess dauert so lange, bis ich nahe genug an eine Essenz komme, die in sich selber ruht und eine tiefergehende Wahrheit offenbart. Meine Herangehensweise erfordert es, die Ausgangsmaterie ohne Vorurteil zu besehen, anzufassen, zuzuhören, zu durchdringen und aus diesen Erfahrungen künstlerische Konsequenzen zu entwickeln. Dabei muss ich es mir erlauben, einen forschenden Prozess mit offenem Ausgang zu betreiben, der mich immer wieder auch durch Fehler selbst überrascht. Die Prinzipen von Reihung, Ordnung und Iteration geben meinen Objekten Form, die ich mit (Algo-)rhythmus, Farbe und Disruption aufbreche. Dabei dienen mir die Konkrete Kunst, die ZERO Bewegung aber auch das Critical Design als gestalterische Kräfte. Mit Kunst möchte ich den Diskurs über die Prinzipien und Energien des Lebens auf eine poetische Weise zum Ausdruck bringen.

With my mind and my hands I want to explore art from substantial matter and phenomena. I want to find the worlds immanent structures and truth and make them tangible with my work. My work process lasts until I get close enough to a essence, which rests in itself and has a deeper truth revealed. My approach requires that I see, hear, feel my starting material without prejudice, and develop artistic consequences from there . I have to allow myself an process with an open-end to get surprised by mistakes. The principles of order, sequence,and iteration shape my objects, which I break with (algo-) rhythm, color and disruption. Concrete art, critical design and ZERO movement serve as creative forces. With art I want to express the discourse about the principles and energies of life in a poetic way.
