Auch in den Kunstwerken der Serie Onda materialisiert sich das Unsichtbare. Die wissenschaftlichen Lichtdaten der Quantenphysik werden in die feste Materie eines metallischen Trägers eingraviert. Die kühle, eloxierte Aluminiumoberfläche wirkt dabei nicht nur als Träger, sondern als aktiver Teil der Lichtdarstellung: Das einfallende Licht wird durch die eingefrästen Strukturen gebrochen, gestreut und gelenkt. Es entsteht ein visuelles Kippen – ein Übergang, fast ein Umsturz – von Licht zu Schatten. Dabei wird kein starres Bild erzeugt, sondern ein dynamisches Spiel. Der Moment zwischen Sichtbarkeit und Verschwinden – eine fundamentale Unschärfe der Welt: Die Welle ist da, aber nicht greifbar. Das Teilchen ist messbar, aber nicht sichtbar. Licht bleibt ein Rätsel, das nur in der Bewegung, im Übergang, im Kippen erfahrbar wird.
The artworks in the Onda series also materialize the invisible. The scientific light data of quantum physics is engraved into the solid matter of a metallic carrier. The cool, anodized aluminum surface acts not only as a carrier, but also as an active part of the light display: the incident light is refracted, scattered, and directed by the milled structures. The result is a visual shift, a transition, almost a reversal, from light to shadow. This creates not a static image, but a dynamic interplay. The moment between visibility and disappearance – a fundamental blurring of the world: the wave is there, but not tangible. The particle is measurable but not visible. Light remains a mystery that can only be experienced in movement, in transition, in tilting.
