Die Neonarbeit aus den Pronomen „ich du er sie they es wir ihr sie“ wurde von Fabian Gatermann als Erweiterung des Fassadenprojektes Reclaim Space für das kollaborative Haus2 konzipiert und steht trotzdem singulär für sich. Die Arbeit greift die Signaturen der Graffiti-Artists auf und erweitert sie mit Lichtkunst. Sie spielt mit den Grenzbereichen zwischen Identität, Sprache und Beziehung. Die singulären Pronomen „ich du er sie they es“ öffnen über die Hausecke durch das „wir ihr sie“ eine Fläche, einen Raum für ein inklusives Miteinander. In einer Reihe verbunden, ergeben die Pronomen keine Hierarchie, sondern eine Einheit, offen und fluide für Kollaboration, Diversität und Inklusion.
The neon work featuring the pronouns “ich du er sie they es wir ihr sie” was conceived by Fabian Gatermann as an extension of the façade project “reclaim space” for the collaborative Haus2; yet it stands alone. The work picks up on the signatures of graffiti artists and connects the tags to light art. It plays with the boundaries between identity, language, and relationships. The singular pronouns “ich du er sie they es” open up a space for togetherness across the corner of the building through the “wir ihr sie.” Connected in a row, the pronouns do not form a hierarchy, but rather a unity, open and fluid for collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
