Die Serie LUX entsteht aus dem Wunsch, Form und Inhalt von Licht sichtbar übereinander zu legen. Ausgangspunkt sind die Photonenmessungen des EPFL Lausanne, die den Welle-Teilchen-Dualismus des Lichts erfassen. Diese Daten bilden die Grundlage der visuellen Form.Das verwendete Büttenpapier wird chemisch fotoreaktiv beschichtet und anschließend mit Sonnenlicht belichtet. Obwohl der Prozess immer gleich abläuft, sorgt die natürliche Sonnenbelichtung für eine subtile Unschärfe, die jede Arbeit einzigartig macht. Es gibt sowohl Editionen als auch Originale, die sich in der Größe unterscheiden und so jede Arbeit zu einem individuellen Erlebnis machen. LUX verbindet wissenschaftliche Präzision mit künstlerischer Sensibilität und macht das Unsichtbare sichtbar.

The LUX series stems from the desire to visibly superimpose the form and content of light. The starting point is the photon measurements taken by EPFL Lausanne, which capture the wave-particle duality of light. These data form the basis of the visual form. The handmade paper used is chemically coated with a photo-reactive coating and then exposed to sunlight. Although the process is always the same, natural sunlight exposure creates a subtle blur that makes each work unique. There are both editions and originals, which differ in size, making each work an individual experience. LUX combines scientific precision with artistic sensitivity and makes the invisible visible.
